Some models of the concept of crustal equilibria are discussed. It has been shown that these models can neither be used to correctly assess the balance of the Earth nor can they be used to explain the cause of formation. Describe a new crustal equilibrium model that is adapted to one of the earth's rotation patterns. The deviation of the Earth from the ball is used as a criterion for the balance of the Earth. The Earth is thought to be balanced at those points where the deviation approaches zero. The difference in signs between the Earth and the sphere is determined by the direction of the geologic role in the Earth's crust. The proposed earth crust equilibrium model is the basis for the formation of a new rotation hypothesis in the crust.
