为制定新疆阿魏种苗质量分级标准。应用系统聚类的类平均法原理,使用SPASS 17.0软件,对测定不同批次的新疆阿魏种苗根重、根长、根粗等指标数据进行分析,确定新疆阿魏种苗分级标准。结果显示:新疆阿魏种苗质量分为3个等级,一级苗根粗不低于0.8cm,根长不低于17.5cm,根重不低于6.5g;二级苗根粗不低于0.6cm,根长不低于15.5cm,根重不低于4.0g;三级苗根粗不低于0.45cm,根长不低于14.0cm,根重不低于2.0g。
For the development of Xinjiang Wei Wei seedling quality grading standards. Using the method of cluster average method, we used SPASS 17.0 software to analyze the data of root weight, root length and root diameter of Xinjiang Ustilago xanthium seedlings in different batches, and determined the classification standard of Xinjiang Wei Wei seedlings. The results showed that the quality of Xinjiang seedlings was divided into three grades, the first seedling root was not less than 0.8cm, the root length was not less than 17.5cm and the root weight was not less than 6.5g. The second seedling root thickness was not less than 0.6cm, the root length of not less than 15.5cm, the root weight of not less than 4.0g; three seedling root coarse not less than 0.45cm, root length of not less than 14.0cm, root weight of not less than 2.0g.
