我厂劳动人事工资改革,自1984年起,四年迈了四大步。第一步,1984年8月,在实行厂长负责制的同时,与之配套,把原来的领导干部终身制改为了聘任制;第二步,1984年10月,经省劳动人事厅批准,在工资总额包干内,把八级工资改为以岗位(职务)工资为主的结构工资制,并逐年修改完善;第三步是打破国营企业只招收固定工的制度,正式实行合同工制;第四步是全厂各单位全面实行经营承包。这几年,我厂发展很快,取得了很大成绩。这四步改革是起了很大作用的。
