采用自制4-丁氧甲酰氨基甲苯2-异氰酸酯(BCATI)改性E-51环氧树脂和4-丙烯酰氧乙氧甲酸氨基甲苯2-异氰酸酯(AECATI)改性丙烯酸碱部分丙烯酸)E-51环氧酯树脂为基础材料,经优选试验制成的清漆膜按国标测试和恒电量法测定,其耐蚀性能良好;依据以透射电子显微镜所摄制的漆膜孔洞照片与按合成万法推理(经化学方法测定,有关合成反应已定量或接近定量完成)算得的漆膜树脂相关的结构参数,讨论了本类漆膜结构与耐介质腐蚀性能的关系.
