Sixty patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy were selected as the observation group. Twenty patients with normal late pregnancy were selected as the control group. The activity of NF-k B in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the plasma pentagastrin level 3 was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). In severe preeclampsia, mild preeclampsia And gestational hypertension between the three groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the changes of the two groups (r = 0.672). The ROC curve showed that the positive rate of the two indexes was 0.808, which was of diagnostic value (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is a negative correlation between the NF-κB activity of peripheral mononuclear cells and the expression of pentagastrin 3 in patients with hypertension in early stage of pregnancy. The combined detection of NF-κB and plasma pentagonal 3 has a high diagnostic value.
