目的:探讨髁突横断骨折对幼年小型猪下颌骨骨密度及对抗压强度的影响。方法:中国实验用小型猪12头,造成左侧髁突横断骨折模型,在术后6月应用双能X线骨密度仪及生物力学方法检测下颌骨。结果:髁突横断骨折后引起下颌骨骨密度及生物力学性能轻度下降,但与健侧比较无明显差异。结论:幼年小型猪髁突横断骨折对下颌骨骨矿含量影响不大。
Objective: To investigate the effects of condylar transverse fracture on mandibular BMD and compressive strength of juvenile minipigs. METHODS: Twelve experimental miniature pigs were used in our study, which resulted in the left condylar transverse fracture model. The mandible was examined by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry and biomechanical method at 6 months after operation. Results: The mandibular bone mineral density and biomechanical properties were slightly decreased after the condylar transverse fracture, but there was no significant difference compared with the contralateral side. CONCLUSION: Young miniature pigs with condylar transverse transection have little effect on mandibular bone mineral content.
