卡托普利(Cap)已广泛用于治疗高血压病及充血性心力衰竭,用于老年人肺心病心力衰竭报道尚少,我们自1990年5月至1991年5月应用Cap治疗该病28例,疗效显著,报道如下。临床资料一、病例选择本组病例均符合1980年全国第三次肺心病专业会议修订的慢性肺心病诊断标准,年龄60～83岁,平均年龄67岁,其中男18例,女10例。伴有冠心病3例,高血压者2例。Ⅰ°心衰12例,Ⅱ°心衰11例,Ⅲ°心衰5例。
Cap has been used extensively in the treatment of hypertension and congestive heart failure, and heart failure in elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease is still poorly documented. Accompanied by coronary heart disease in 3 cases, 2 cases of hypertension. Ⅰ ° heart failure in 12 cases, Ⅱ ° heart failure in 11 cases, Ⅲ ° heart failure in 5 cases.
