2013年以来,面对复杂严峻的国内外经济形势,四川上下牢牢把握“科学发展、加快发展”的工作基调,着力实施多点多极支撑发展战略,突出投资拉动,加快产业发展,全省经济继续保持了平稳较快增长。但在全球经济缓慢复苏、增势减缓,国内外市场需求明显不足,国内经济下行压力不断增大的宏观环境下,四川经济继续保持较快增长面临诸多挑战。针对当前经济运行中存在的主要困难和问题,下一阶段,四川要从加快重建、稳定投资、统筹城乡、产业升级和保障民生等方面,创新思路、制定措施,努力保持经济平稳较快增长,确保实现全年各项目标任务。
