食品卫生是关系广大人民群众身体健康及生命安全的大事,而许多畜禽疫病是人畜共患的。所以对病畜禽的检疫就直接影响人们食用畜禽肉食卫生。搞好畜禽疫病检验是保证肉食卫生、预防人类疾病发生的一项基础工作。为此;我们认真抓了畜禽疫病的预防及检疫工作;一、大力开展人畜共患的畜禽疫病的普查和预防工作。几年来,我们对畜禽疫病的普查与预防,始终坚持“早、快、严、小”的原则。“早”就是早动手,把畜禽疫病扑灭在萌发之前。如每年春季一到,全面进行普查与注射预防针。“快”就是组织力量打歼灭战,在最短的时间内完成任务,每次普查与预防工作都采取县、区、乡全体畜牧医技人
Food hygiene is a major event that has a bearing on the health and safety of the general public. Many livestock and poultry diseases are zoonotic. Therefore, the quarantine of sick poultry will directly affect people’s consumption of livestock and poultry meat hygiene. Improving livestock disease inspection is to ensure that meat hygiene, prevention of human diseases, a basic work. To this end, we conscientiously grasped the prevention and quarantine work on livestock diseases; and vigorously carried out the survey and prevention of zoonosis on zoonoses. In the past few years, we have consistently adhered to the principle of “early, fast, strict and small” in the survey and prevention of livestock and poultry diseases. “Early ” is an early start, put out the poultry disease before germination. As soon as spring comes once a year, a full-scale census and injection of vaccines will take place. “Fast ” is the organizational power to fight a war of annihilation and accomplish the task in the shortest time.
