在含N、C元素的有机介质溶液中,采用液相脉冲放电方法在中碳钢基体上制备出Ti(C,N)金属陶瓷涂层,研究了涂层的抗热震性能、热稳定性和高温滑动磨损特性。结果表明:与物理气相沉积方法制备的Ti N涂层相比,Ti(C,N)涂层具有更优良的抗热震性及热稳定性能;Ti(C,N)涂层在500℃保温条件下进行磨损试验时,其摩擦系数较低,表面磨损形貌显示大量白色颗粒氧化物,主要磨损机制为氧化磨损。
