心肌超声背向散射积分(IB)在心动周期中起伏的幅度的大小直接反映心肌缺血的程度[1],有着重要的临床意义。本文利用本实验室建立的一套IB检测的实验系统,以6名成年男性(无心脏病史)为受试者,对于检测中系统及算法的参数设置对正常心肌IB曲线的影响进行考察,发现回波段的选取及带宽的设定都对IB的检测结果产生显著的影响,而不同的计算方法也对IB的数值及计算时间有影响。该结果对将其推向临床具有指导意义
Cardiac Ultrasound Backscatter Integration (IB) The magnitude of the undulation in the cardiac cycle directly reflects the extent of myocardial ischemia [1] and has important clinical implications. In this paper, we use a set of experimental system of IB testing established by our laboratory to investigate the influence of system settings and algorithm parameters on IB curve of normal myocardium in 6 adult men (no history of heart disease) Both the selection of the echo band and the setting of the bandwidth have a significant impact on the detection result of IB, and different calculation methods also affect the value of IB and the calculation time. This result is of guiding significance for its clinical application
