[目的]为开发新型高效的植物源杀菌剂,研究补骨脂活性成分异补骨脂查尔酮对苹果腐烂病菌菌丝形态和细胞结构的影响。[方法]采用扫描电镜和透射电镜观察法。[结果]异补骨脂查尔酮药剂处理可使菌丝体形态发生明显变化,2 mg/L异补骨脂查尔酮药剂处理后,苹果腐烂病菌菌丝尖端萎缩,菌丝体粗细不均匀,有膨大缢缩现象,菌丝体排列不整齐,菌丝之间相互缠绕,有溶融现象,且溶融部分细胞壁上有空洞,明显可见菌丝体的畸变与细胞壁的损伤;10 mg/L异补骨脂查尔酮药剂处理后,苹果腐烂病菌细胞壁严重破坏,线粒体膜、细胞核核膜及细胞膜界限不清晰,细胞质物质明显凝缩、外渗,细胞内液泡明显增多。[结论]异补骨脂查尔酮主要作用于苹果腐烂病菌的细胞壁及膜系统,同时伴有细胞老化现象。

After treatment with 2 mg / L isopsoralen chalcone, the tip of mycelia of apple-rotted apple atrophy, the mycelium thickness is not Uniform, with expansion and contraction phenomenon, mycelium arranged in irregular, mycelium intertwined, there is melting phenomenon, and the melting part of the cell wall is hollow, obviously mycelial distortion and cell wall damage; 10 mg / L After isopsoralen Chalcone treatment, the cell wall of apple rot pathogen was severely damaged, the boundaries of mitochondrial membrane, nucleus nuclear membrane and cell membrane were unclear, cytoplasm substance was obviously condensed, extravasation and vacuole increased obviously. [Conclusion] The isopsoralen chalcone mainly acts on the cell wall and membrane system of apple rot pathogen with the phenomenon of cell aging.
