国内水电行业大体积混凝土预冷温控费用计算没有明确的编规、定额作为依据,如何准确分析预冷温控费用是目前水电工程设计面临的重大技术难题。从工程造价的角度分别运用降温幅度分析法、不均匀系数法、指标法三种方法,分析大体积混凝土预冷温控费用,并提出具有针对性的应对措施与对策,旨在为投资概预算编制人员合理确定预冷混凝土温控费用提供参考。
How to accurately analyze the cost of precooling and temperature control is a major technical challenge for the design of hydropower projects.
