教学论专家余文森教授曾说过:“课堂教学的有效性是指通过课堂教学活动,学生在学业上有收获、有提高、有进步。具体表现在:学生在认知上,从不懂到懂,从少知到多知,从不会到会;在情感上,从不喜欢到喜欢,从不热爱到热爱,从不感兴趣到感兴趣。”学业上有收获,懂了、会了,产生兴趣了,问题就是这么简单明了。但是,一些教学活动却背离了如此明白的原则,言不及义的课堂讨论,轻视学科知识而空谈能力的教学互动等,都应该列入无效的教学一类。只有当有效性作为一种价值观深入到教师和学生的内心
