加Cu,Mo等合金元素的铸造Cr-Mn-N系不锈钢在H2SO4,HNO3,HAC等不同介质中的抗磨蚀性能远优于304不锈钢,究其原因,除了Cr-Mn-N系不锈钢与304不锈钢有相似的耐蚀性能外,磨损实验证明其比Ni系不锈钢有更好的加工硬化能力,适用于磨损为主的工况.
Cr-Mn-N stainless steel with alloying elements such as Cu and Mo has better corrosion resistance in different media such as H2SO4, HNO3 and HAC than 304 stainless steel. The reason is that Cr-Mn-N stainless steel and 304 Stainless steel has similar corrosion resistance, the wear test proved that its Ni-based stainless steel has better work hardening ability, suitable for wear-based operating conditions.
