对超声电化学方法在纳米材料的制备方面的应用和研究进展做了较全面的综述:介绍了超声电化学的作用机理及反应装置,着重介绍了金属、半导体、有机聚合物、生物材料等纳米材料的超声电化学制备的原理以及超声波作用的效果。超声电化学可以利用超声波的空化作用影响电极的表面状态以及电极反应,从而有利于制备形貌、尺寸均匀且可控的纳米材料。
