目的观察丙泊酚单独用药与复合用药的镇痛效果。方法将150例人工流产患者随机分成丙泊酚组(P组)、复合芬太尼组(FP组)及复合咪唑安定组(MP组),每组50例。P组单纯静脉注射丙泊酚2.5～3mg/kg;FP组静脉注射芬太尼0.05μg/kg,丙泊酚1.5～2.0mg/kg;MP组静脉注射咪唑安定0.05mg/kg,丙泊酚1.5～2.0mg/kg。记录MAP、SpO2、HR,观察镇痛效果。结果 P组MAP、SpO2、HR变化差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),呼吸抑制发生率50%;FP组MAP变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MP组MAP、SpO2、HR变化不大。镇痛效果:3组均提供了有效的麻醉镇痛,以FP组最佳。结论丙泊酚单纯及复合用药用于人工流产的麻醉,皆提供了满意的镇痛效果,复合用药优于丙泊酚单纯用药,以丙泊酚复合芬太尼麻醉最舒适,术中及术后镇痛效果满意。
Objective To observe the analgesic effects of propofol alone and in combination. Methods 150 cases of induced abortion were randomly divided into propofol group (P group), fentanyl group (FP group) and combination midazolam group (MP group), 50 cases in each group.
