目的探讨降钙素治疗腰椎管狭窄伴间歇性跛行(NICL)的疗效及作用机制。方法应用鲑鱼降钙素对46例骨质疏松性腰椎管狭窄伴间歇性跛行患者进行治疗。结果治疗4周后,68%患者的步行能力提高,下肢疼痛症状减轻;8周后87%患者的步行能力明显提高,相伴出现的下肢痛亦有所改善。结论鲑鱼降钙素不仅能迅速有效地缓解骨质疏松骨痛,而且可有效地提高腰椎管狭窄伴间歇性跛行患者的步行能力,改善神经功能,其作用机制可能是由于降钙素能增加马尾神经组织的血供。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of calcitonin in treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis with intermittent claudication (NICL). Methods 46 cases of osteoporotic lumbar spinal stenosis with intermittent claudication were treated with salmon calcitonin. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the walking ability of 68% of the patients increased and the symptoms of lower extremity pain reduced. After 8 weeks, the walking ability of 87% of patients was significantly improved, accompanied by lower limb pain. Conclusion Salmon calcitonin not only can effectively relieve bone pain of osteoporosis, but also can effectively improve the walking ability and improve the nerve function of lumbar spinal stenosis patients with intermittent claudication. The mechanism may be that calcitonin can increase the size of the tail Nerve tissue blood supply.
