本刊自1981年创刊以来,已经五年了。几年来,在上级领导的关怀以及广大读者的大力支持下,本刊为我国的液压气动工业做了一定的工作,起到了良好的作用。不久前,党的十二届三中全会通过了《中共中央关于经济体制改革的决定》。这个文件对全面开创社会主义现代化建设的新局面,推动我国社会主义生产力的迅速发展,具有重大的意义。三五年后,我国的经济必将更有力的腾飞。作为机械工业基础元件的液压气动工业,在四化的进程中,必将有很大幅度的增长。
This publication has been in existence for five years since it was first published in 1981. Over the past few years, with the care of superiors and the strong support of readers, the journal has done a certain job for our country’s hydraulic and pneumatic industries and has played a good role. Not long ago, the Third Plenary Session of the Twelfth Central Committee of the Communist Party passed the “Decision of the Central Committee of the CPC on Economic System Reform.” This document is of great significance for the comprehensively opening up a new phase of socialist modernization and promoting the rapid development of socialist productivity in our country. After three to five years, our country’s economy will surely take off more forcefully. The hydro-pneumatic industry, which is the basic component of the machinery industry, will surely have significant growth in the process of the four modernizations.
