应用脐动脉血流频谱检查189例胎儿济动脉血流(正常80例,高危103例孕妇的109例胎儿,含双胎6例)。接S/D比值将高危组分为S/D<3组和S/D>3组,并与正常组比较。S/D<3组新生儿出生体重、Apgar评分、预后均无明显差异(P>0.05);而S/D>3姐则新生儿出生体重,低评分者明显与正常组有差异,且死胎、死产、引产、畸形率明显高于前两级(P<0.05)。高危组中共发现9例明显异常波型,其中4例为“无舒张末期速度波型”,均为重度妊高征脐血流频谱,5例为“收缩期峰值差异交替波”,示胎儿宫内严重心肌缺氧。
