目的查找国内外手传振动对作业人员心血管系统影响的研究结果,进行Meta分析,以期得到更有说服力的结论,为预防和诊断提供基础资料。方法检索和收集截止2013年6月国内外发表的关于职业性手传振动对作业人员心血管系统影响的文献,经筛选后,应用RevMan 5.2软件对数据进行合并,采用Meta分析合并相对危险度(RR)值作为各项目的总效应指标。结果共纳入51篇文献,与对照组相比,职业性手传振动接触作业人员手臂振动病(RR=15.57,95%CI:4.79~50.59)、振动性白指(VWF,RR=2.89,95%CI:2.63~3.16)、高血压(RR=2.92,95%CI:1.95~4.37)及心电图ST-T改变(RR=4.02,95%CI:1.33~12.11)、传导阻滞(RR=4.00,95%CI:1.82~8.78)、窦性心动过缓(RR=2.98,95%CI:2.03~4.39)、窦性心律不齐(RR=1.92,95%CI:1.34~2.74)的发生与对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期接触职业性手传振动可引起手臂振动病、VWF、高血压及心电图ST-T改变、传导阻滞、窦性心动过缓、窦性心律不齐的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To find out the research results of the influence of hand-to-body vibration at home and abroad on the cardiovascular system of workers and conduct meta-analysis with a view to obtaining more convincing conclusions and providing the basic data for prevention and diagnosis. Methods To search and collect the literature on the influence of occupational hand-transmitted vibration on the cardiovascular system of workers by domestic and foreign countries as of June 2013. After screening, the data were combined using RevMan 5.2 software and the relative risk ( RR) as the total effect of the project indicators. Results Fifty-one articles were included in the study. Compared with the control group, occupational hand-vibrational vibration workers had arm-shaking disease (RR = 15.57, 95% CI: 4.79-50.59), vibrating white fingers (VWF, RR = 2.89, (RR = 2.92, 95% CI: 1.33 ~ 12.11), conduction block (RR = 4.00, CI = 2.63 ~ 3.16) , 95% CI: 1.82-8.78), sinus bradycardia (RR = 2.98, 95% CI: 2.03-4.39), sinus arrhythmia (RR = 1.92, 95% CI: 1.34-2.74) The difference between the control group was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Long-term exposure to occupational hand-held vibration can cause arm vibration, VWF, hypertension and ST-T changes in ECG, conduction block, sinus bradycardia and sinus arrhythmia.
