探讨了卷柏复方抗四氧嘧啶所致大鼠胰岛B细胞损伤作用的机制.结果表明;该制剂对四氧嘧啶所致大鼠糖尿病高血糖的降糖作用,呈明显的剂量效应关系,并可清除自由基,改善糖尿病大鼠的耐糖功能。
The mechanism of the damage of islet B cells induced by alloxan in rats was discussed. The results showed that the preparation has a significant dose-effect relationship to the hypoglycemic effect of alloxan-induced diabetic hyperglycemia in rats, and it can scavenge free radicals and improve the glucose tolerance of diabetic rats.
