近年来,随着从化市农村经济的加快发展以及国家各项支农、惠农政策的落实,从化市农村集体经济实力明显增强,随之而来的是少数农村基层干部利用手中的职权侵占、截留、私分国有、集体财产,严重影响了农村经济发展和社会稳定,并成为诱发农民集体上访的重要原因,本文通过对从化市近5年来的农村基层干部职务犯罪情况进行了深入调查,深刻分析了主客观原因,并提出了防范对策与建议。
In recent years, with the accelerating development of the rural economy in Conghua and the implementation of all the policies of supporting agriculture and benefiting the country, the collective economic strength of Conghua has been obviously strengthened. Concomitantly, a few rural grassroots cadres took advantage of their positions in power occupation, Interception and private separation of state-owned and collective property have seriously affected the rural economic development and social stability, and have become an important reason for inducing peasants to petition for collectives. In this paper, in-depth investigation of the crime of post at work in rural grassroots cadres in Conghua City in the recent five years has been carried out. Analyzes the subjective and objective reasons, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
