通过对同一立地条件下生长的 40个杜仲无性系叶中次生代谢物 (有效成分 )及吸收的 6种矿质元素的测定 ,初步研究了矿质元素主动吸收的差异性及其与次生代谢物含量的关系。结果发现 ,不同个体对矿质元素的吸收差异极显著 ,从而说明个体生长发育特性 (遗传因素 )是调控树木吸收矿质元素的重要因素 ;对 6种矿质元素与次生代谢物含量的通径分析结果显示 ,镁 (Mg)对杜仲叶中 6种次生代谢物的合成和积累有一定的促进作用 ,而锰 (Mn)则有负影响作用。
