如何提高员工的工作绩效是迫切需要解决的现实问题,而人—组织匹配与工作绩效之间的关系,学者们有不同的看法。本文通过对长沙市6家酒店的400名员工的问卷调查,对人—组织匹配与工作绩效进行相关分析和回归分析,研究结果显示:人—组织匹配与工作绩效显著相关,人—组织匹配与任务绩效的相关性要高于与周边绩效,需要—供给匹配对员工的工作绩效的正面影响最大。
How to improve the work performance of employees is an urgent problem that needs to be solved. However, scholars have different views on the relationship between human-organization matching and work performance. Based on the questionnaire survey of 400 employees in 6 hotels in Changsha City, this paper analyzes and regulates the relationship between people and organizations and their job performance. The results show that there is a significant correlation between people-organization match and job performance, Mission performance is more relevant than peripheral performance, and the need-supply match has the most positive impact on the employee’s job performance.
