目的了解丹东市各级医疗机构消毒效果,为科学指导医院消毒工作,预防和控制医院感染提供科学依据。方法 2009-2010年对市、县(区)、乡(镇)三级医疗机构压力蒸汽灭菌器、空气、物体表面、医务人员手、紫外线灯和使用中消毒剂等进行消毒效果监测。结果共采样3 625份,合格3 275份,平均总合格率90.34%。2009年和2010年合格率分别为89.04%和91.56%,二者之间存在统计学差异(P=0.0102),市、县和乡镇三级医疗卫生单位的合格率依次为95.47%、91.46%和87.56%,随医疗机构级别降低,合格率呈明显下降趋势。不同监测项目中合格率最高的是压力蒸汽灭菌器,合格率为99.50%;最低的是空气,合格率为81.67%。结论丹东市各级医疗机构消毒效果不平衡,乡镇级医院是今后消毒监测的重点,同时应加强空气消毒工作的落实。
Objective To understand the disinfection effect of medical institutions at all levels in Dandong and to provide scientific evidence for the scientific guidance of hospital disinfection, prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods From 2009 to 2010, the disinfection effects of pressure steam sterilizer, air, surface of object, medical staff, ultraviolet lamp and disinfectant in use in municipal, county (district) and township (towns) medical institutions were monitored. Results A total of 3 625 samples were obtained, which qualified 3 275 copies, with an average total passing rate of 90.34%. The passing rates in 2009 and 2010 were 89.04% and 91.56%, respectively, with statistical significance (P = 0.0102). The passing rates of tertiary health care units in cities, counties and townships were 95.47% and 91.46% respectively 87.56%, with the level of medical institutions to reduce the pass rate showed a clear downward trend. The highest pass rate of different monitoring items is the pressure steam sterilizer, with a pass rate of 99.50%; the lowest is air, with a pass rate of 81.67%. Conclusion The disinfection effect of medical institutions at all levels in Dandong City is not balanced. Township hospitals are the focus of disinfection monitoring in the future. At the same time, the implementation of air disinfection should be strengthened.
