It goes without saying that any action or process must occur at some point in time or within a certain period of time, and must be in a certain state. Action and time are inseparable, action and state are also inseparable. Using some form of verb to indicate when an action or process occurred, and what state it was at that time, this is the “time and body” of the so-called verb.
