轧辊横移技术是实现自由程序轧制的有效途径,横移策略对热轧带钢的断面形状具有重要影响。提出热轧工作辊的变行程定步长横移策略与变行程变步长横移策略,给出2类变行程横移策略的递推算法,根据参数给定情况分为4种模式,建立2类变行程横移策略的多目标优化模型。通过宝钢典型轧制计划实例的横移策略优化试验比较了4种模式的差别,工业应用验证了变行程横移策略及其优化方法的有效性,改善热轧带钢的断面形状,延长计划公里数。
Roll-shifting technology is an effective way to realize free-process rolling. The transverse movement strategy has an important influence on the cross-sectional shape of hot-rolled strip. This paper presents a strategy of traversing step-by-step traversing and a step-by-step traversing strategy of hot-rolling work rolls. Two kinds of recursive algorithms for traversing the traversing stroke are given. According to the given parameters, MULTIOBJECTIVE OPTIMIZATION MODEL FOR 2 KINDS OF VARIABLE TRAVERSE STRATEGIES. The differences between the four modes are compared through the example of Baosteel’s typical rolling plan optimization strategy. The industrial application verifies the effectiveness of the variable stroke traverse strategy and its optimization method, improves the cross-sectional shape of the hot strip, number.
