F.V. Hayek argues that human progress is a spontaneous process. Trying to plan human life through planning will not only depress personal liberties and hinder social progress, but will also lead to tyranny. Therefore, the legitimate act of the state should only be to prevent others from being forced to freedom. Hayek’s theory of the social state has not been able to point out that the relations of freedom or rights are often constructed in the same way as the institutional structures of the present time except in the paradox of epistemology. His resentment of state intervention and distributive justice shows that he actually agrees with a completely free-market structure.
