铌的析出和固溶对铸坯质量好坏和钢材性能优异具有非常明显的影响,通过计算钢中碳含量、氮含量、铌含量和温度对碳氮化铌固溶的影响,发现钢中碳、氮、铌含量增加,碳氮化铌的全固溶温度升高;氮含量增加,NbN的有效活度增加,固溶铌含量下降;铌含量增加,在温度为800~1100℃范围内,氮化铌的含量增加;碳含量增加,钢中固溶铌降低和铌的化合物增加.随温度升高,固溶铌与总铌含量的比值增加,二者比值位于30%~70%之间.
