目的:分析、研究引起老年恶性实体肿瘤患者医院感染的危险因素,有效降低医院感染的发生率。方法:对2010年1月~2014年1月我院收治的老年恶性实体肿瘤患者4680例进行回顾性分析,观察住院时间、肿瘤分期、侵入性操作、化疗/放疗、抗菌药物、患者年龄、肿瘤转移等因素对医院感染率的影响。结果:住院时间、肿瘤分期、侵入性操作、化疗/放疗、抗菌药物、患者年龄、肿瘤转移等均能显著影响医院感染发生率,(P<0.05)差异具有统计学意义。结论:相关医护人员应当从住院时间、肿瘤分期、侵入性操作、化疗/放疗、抗菌药物等方面入手,提升医院管理水平,减少医院感染的发生率。
Objective: To analyze and study the risk factors of nosocomial infections in elderly patients with malignant solid tumors and to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. Methods: 4680 elderly patients with malignant solid tumors in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The duration of hospitalization, tumor staging, invasive procedures, chemotherapy / radiotherapy, antibiotics, age of patients, Transfer and other factors on the impact of hospital infection rate. Results: The length of hospital stay, tumor staging, invasive procedures, chemotherapy / radiotherapy, antibacterials, patient age and tumor metastasis all significantly influenced the incidence of nosocomial infections (P <0.05). Conclusion: Relevant health care workers should start from hospitalization time, tumor staging, invasive procedures, chemotherapy / radiotherapy, antimicrobial drugs and other aspects to improve hospital management and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
