Objective To investigate the relationship between Kawasaki disease-related laboratory parameters and myocardial enzyme changes and coronary artery injury in children with Kawasaki disease. Methods The changes of C-reactive protein and immunoglobulin in children with Kawasaki disease were observed. The differences of myocardial enzymes between children with coronary artery injury and without coronary artery injury were compared. Results The levels of CRP, IgG and IgM in study group before treatment were significantly different from those in normal control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of AST, LDH, CK, HB in children with coronary artery injury -DH, CK-MB, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion The related laboratory indexes are of great significance in the early diagnosis of Kawasaki disease. Kawasaki disease in children with myocardial injury and coronary artery injury has no correlation, there is inconsistent characteristics.
