本文论述了硅酸盐水泥熟料的矿物特性,分析了重庆地区立窑水泥熟料的物理化学性质及岩相结构。试验分析结果表明,这种立窑水泥熟料具有急烧、慢冷以及在还原气氛下煆烧的特点,它的游离氧化钙含量较高,但是,其岩相结构基本上是正常的。因此,应用岩相分析方法指导生产是切实可行的。关于立窑水泥熟料的岩相结构与其强度之间的关系,以及影响熟料岩相结构的某些工艺因素,尚待进一步研究。
This article discusses the mineral characteristics of Portland cement clinker, and analyzes the physical and chemical properties of the kiln cement clinker in Chongqing and the structure of the lithofacies. The test analysis results show that this kind of shaft kiln cement clinker has the characteristics of sweltering, slow cooling, and simmering in a reducing atmosphere. Its free calcium oxide content is high, but its rock facies structure is basically normal. Therefore, the application of petrofacies analysis method to guide production is feasible. The relationship between the lithofacies structure of the shaft kiln cement clinker and its strength, as well as some of the technological factors that affect the clinker structure, remains to be further studied.
