The solidification / transformation and properties of austenitic ductile iron containing Ni and 15% Cu and 15% Ni were clarified. The differential thermal analysis curve and dilatometer curve of the solidification process were measured. The austenite continuous cooling transformation curve and the isothermal transformation kinetic curve were plotted, and the hardenability of the cast iron was compared.
