鱼雷装载可靠度是考核鱼雷武器作战使用最重要的指标之一,该指标考核一直存在着试验周期长、实装平台少、试验样本量大和评估风险高的难题,进而影响部队列装进度。为对该指标进行充分科学的考核,采用多源试验信息综合评估方法,提出了基于相似信息、引入环境折合系数的产品可靠性综合评估方法,在非实装平台和实装平台进行有限装载时间考核,有效解决了对该指标的考核过程中存在的诸多难题。该方法能够较真实评估鱼雷装载可靠度指标。
The reliability of torpedo loading is one of the most important indicators for assessing the operational use of torpedo weapons. There are always problems of long test period, fewer installation platforms, large sample sizes and high risk of assessment, which in turn affects the progress of the troop deploys. In order to conduct a full and scientific assessment of the indicator, a comprehensive evaluation method based on multi-source test information is proposed, and a comprehensive evaluation method of product reliability based on similar information and introduction of the environmental equivalent factor is proposed. In the limited loading time Assessment, effectively solve the problems in the assessment of the indicators in the process of existence. This method can evaluate the reliability of torpedo loading more accurately.
