1987年我校学术活动空前活跃。除邀请国内外专家、教授在校内作了数十次专题报告以外,挂靠在我校的省遗传学会、省土壤肥料学会、省植物生理学会、泰安市植物学会等均分别举办了学术年会或学术讨论会。这些活动对提高我省专业科技工作者的学术水平,促进科研、教学、生产均起了良好的作用。参加全国和省级学术会议的次数、人数和提供论文的篇数也大大超过往年。据不完全统计,1987年我校教师和科研人员参加省级以上学术会议145次,国际性学术讨论会5次,参加人数达181人次。提供的论文水平亦比往年有所提高,在所提供的122篇论文中,接近三分之一的论文被选为大会宣读论文,有的被评为全国、省级学会的优秀论文。例如,慕立义撰写的“棉花害虫抗药性研究”,获中国化工学会农药学会第4次年会“优秀论文奖”。叶永保等撰写的“建设全国农业情报计算机检索系统是现阶段发展农业情报工作的战略重点”和田玉丰撰写的“农业科技翻译的确义定名”,分别获中国农学会科技情报分科学会“优秀论文奖”,
In 1987 my school unprecedented academic activity. In addition to inviting domestic and foreign experts and professors made dozens of special reports in the school, affiliated to our school’s Provincial Genetics Society, the Provincial Soil and Fertilizer Institute, the Provincial Plant Physiology Society, Institute of Botany, Tai’an, respectively, held an academic annual meeting or Symposium. These activities have played a good role in improving the academic level of scientific and technological workers in our province and in promoting scientific research, teaching and production. The number of participating national and provincial academic conferences, the number of people and the number of papers provided also greatly surpassed the previous years. According to incomplete statistics, in 1987 our teachers and researchers attended 145 academic conferences at the provincial level and above, and international symposiums held 5 times, with 181 participants. The number of papers provided has also risen over the previous years. Among the 122 papers provided, nearly one third of the papers were selected as the papers for the conference and some were rated excellent papers by the national and provincial institutes. For example, Mu Liyi wrote “Cotton Insect Pest Resistance Research” and was awarded the “Excellent Paper Award” by the 4th Annual Meeting of Pesticide Society of China Chemical Society. Ye Yongbao et al., “Building a National Agricultural Intelligence Computer Retrieval System is the Strategic Focus of Developing Agricultural Information Work at Present Stage” and “Defining the Name of Agricultural Science and Technology Translation” written by Tian Yufeng, respectively, were awarded as “Outstanding Paper Award ”,
