文章以化工单元操作实训教学为例,分别采用传统实验教学模式和学生助理实验员协助管理的教学模式进行实验教学,对比了两种模式下的教学方法和教学评价效果,得出学生助理实验员组显著优于传统实验教学对照组,学生助理实验教学模式在激发学生的学习主动性和创造性,提升学生的实践动手能力、管理能力、责任意识、团队合作精神、独立思考和解决问题的能力等方面都明显高于传统实验教学模式。
