目的:优选牛黄上清微丸提取方法。方法:采用L9(34)正交实验,以大黄素、大黄酚及黄芩苷为指标评价大黄和黄芩的醇提取工艺;采用L9(34)正交实验,以栀子苷为指标评价栀子等其余药物水提取工艺。结果:大黄、黄芩的醇提取部分最佳工艺为加5倍量70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1.5 h;栀子等其余药物水提取最佳工艺为加10倍量水,提取2次,每次1 h。结论:提取工艺设计合理,方法可行,对大生产有指导意义。
