东北农村是我国主要的农业生产基地,稻草资源十分丰富,多数农村都以燃烧的方式处理秸秆,既浪费资源,又造成空气污染,严重影响居民的身心健康.研究稻草制品墙体不仅可以促进可再生农作物的循环利用,降低因焚烧秸秆对环境的污染,而且有利于农村建筑的节能减排,对于推进农村绿色建筑发展、改善生态环境具有重要意义,有广泛的社会效益和环境效益.论文系统研究了稻草在东北农村住宅墙体中的应用技术,提出三种可行的构造技术方案,并针对可能出现的问题与弊病进行了深入分析,给出相应的对策.研究成果分别应用于三项示范工程中,经测试:示范住宅墙体热阻为传统砖墙的2倍以上,保温节能效果明显,各方面性能良好,受到广大农户的欢迎.
Northeast China is a major agricultural production base in our country, and straw resources are very rich. Most rural villages handle the straw by burning, which not only waste resources, but also cause air pollution, seriously affecting residents’ physical and mental health. Recycling of crops to reduce pollution due to incineration of straw on the environment, but also conducive to energy-saving emission reduction in rural buildings for promoting the development of rural green buildings, improve the ecological environment is of great significance, has a wide range of social and environmental benefits. Studied the application technology of straw in the residential walls of rural residential buildings in northeastern China, put forward three feasible technical solutions for construction, conducted in-depth analysis on the possible problems and maladies, and provided corresponding countermeasures.The research results were respectively applied to three demonstration Engineering, the test: the thermal resistance of residential wall demonstration model for the traditional brick wall more than 2 times, thermal insulation effect is obvious, all aspects of good performance, welcomed by the majority of farmers.
