工会是维护和保障企业职工群体各种权利的重要组织,同时工会也是企业职工群体与企业领导者、经营者有效沟通、共同协作的桥梁与纽带。尤其对于民营企业而言,工会对企业职工的组织作用与领导作用尤为突出,但是工会在不断加强自身建设、发挥自身作用的同时仍然存在着一些工作方面的严重问题,这些问题尤其突出的存在于民营企业当中。本文从民营企业工会工作现状分析入手,结合当前民营企业工作所存在的突出问题,谈谈如何进一步加强民营企业工会实际工作质量,从而促进民营企业及当地经济的进一步和谐发展,以供参考。
Trade unions are important organizations that safeguard and protect the various rights and interests of employees in enterprises. At the same time, unions are also the bridges and ties between the enterprise workers’ groups and business leaders and operators for effective communication and cooperation. Especially for private enterprises, the role of trade unions in organizing and leading enterprises is particularly prominent. However, unions continue to strengthen themselves to play their role while still experiencing some serious problems in work, which are particularly prominent in the Among private enterprises. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the trade union work in private enterprises, this article discusses how to further enhance the actual work quality of the trade unions in private enterprises by combining with the outstanding problems in the current private enterprise work so as to promote the further harmonious development of private enterprises and the local economy for reference.
