磨光银汞合金修复体时,由于产热对牙髓会产生危害。作者通过体外实验研究了不同器械在不同条件下对银汞合金修复进行磨光时的温度变化。选取牙根未发育完成、根尖口呈喇叭状的离体前磨牙和磨牙,在牙齿的颊侧制备2mm深的V类窝洞,用银汞合金充填。铝铬热温差电偶通过根尖插入未损伤的开髓,至修复体所在部位。根尖用光固化复合树脂密封以固定电偶。采用不同的磨光器械,在不同的实验条件(水冷却、不同压力和持续或间断操作)下,将银汞合金修复体磨光。实验时环境温度控制在30℃±0.5℃,冷却水
When polishing amalgam restorations, the dental pulp may be harmed due to heat production. The author studied the temperature changes of the amalgam restoration by different instruments under different conditions in vitro.
