目的概要介绍土槿皮乙酸的抗肿瘤作用和可能的分子机制。方法查阅文献,总结土槿皮乙酸体内外抗肿瘤活性的研究成果,依据作用靶点不同对其分子机制进行综述。结果土槿皮乙酸抗肿瘤作用机制因肿瘤的种类而有所不同,它可通过抑制在某些肿瘤发生过程中异常表达的环氧化酶-2(COX-2),调节相关上下游基因和蛋白的表达,抑制肿瘤新生血管生成、阻止肿瘤细胞增殖并促进其凋亡。结论国内外近年来对该药抗肿瘤作用的机制研究获得了多方面的新成果,有助于我们找到新的治疗肿瘤的靶点。
Objective To introduce the anti-tumor effect of hyaluronic acid and its possible molecular mechanism. Methods The literature was reviewed and the results of in vitro and in vivo antitumor activity of hyaluronic acid acetic acid were summarized. The molecular mechanisms of hyaluronic acid in vitro and in vivo were summarized. Results The anti-tumor effect of hyaluronic acid on the basis of tumor types was different. It inhibited the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) that was abnormally expressed in some tumorigenesis and regulated the related upstream and downstream genes and Protein expression, inhibit tumor angiogenesis, prevent tumor cell proliferation and promote apoptosis. Conclusion At home and abroad in recent years, the mechanism of anti-tumor effect of the drug obtained many new achievements, help us find a new target for the treatment of cancer.
