在发布会现场,人人友信三个创始合伙人张适时、李欣贺、杨一夫与领投方挚信资本合伙人林宁用开启香槟注入冰雕的方式,宣布联姻。人人友信集团A轮融资总额为1.3亿美元,这一规模超过了美国Lening Club在2013年获得的1.25亿美元融资,创造了互联网金融行业迄今为止的最大单笔融资,也是近年中国互联网业最大一笔A轮融资。2013年被业内视为P2P网贷的元年,一方面国内金融市场进一步开放,P2P借助互联网金融概念的兴起而野蛮生长。据不完全统计,仅2013年就有包括有利网、点融网、好贷网等18家互联网金融公司获得融资。与此同时,这个行业却在频繁爆出违规及风险问题。
