目的：探讨利巴韦林气雾剂在改善手足口患儿临床症状以及病毒转阴率中的效果。方法选择2013年3月到2015年2月我院儿科收治的80名手足口患儿分为对照组和观察组，给予对照组常规的治疗方式，给予观察组利巴韦林气雾剂治疗，观察患儿治疗后的效果以及病毒的转阴率。结果治疗后对照组临床总有效率为77．5％；观察组临床总有效率为92．5％，两组临床总有效率相比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。对照组转阴率为63．63％，观察组治病毒转阴率为94．3％，与对照组相比，观察组患儿病毒的转阴率明显较高，P＜0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论利巴韦林用于小儿手足口病的治疗中能够显著改善患儿的临床症状，提高转阴率，具有良好的临床应用价值。“,”Objective Study of Leigh Bhave Lin aerosol in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with hand foot and mouth virus ef ect and negative rate of.Methods March 2013 to 80 foot in February 2015 in our hospital and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group received routine treatment,given the observation group treatment agent ribavirin aerosol were observed after treatment and the ef ect of virus negative rate.Results After treatment,the total ef ective rate of the control group was 77.5%.The total ef ective rate of observation group was 92.5%,and the diference was statistical y significant between the two groups (P<0.05).Negative control group was 63.63%,the observation group cure vi-rus clearance rate was 94.3%,compared with the control group,the observation group with virus negative rate was significantly higher,P <0.05,the diference was statistical y significant.
