Based on the numerical solution of flood control in reservoir, numerical solution of flood control under complex conditions is proposed. The two solutions are superior to and can replace the flood control of traditional hydrological methods. The dual requirements of high speed and high precision required for real-time flood scheduling calculation of reservoir are satisfied theoretically and practically
