编辑同志:我单位有一女工在怀孕8个月的时候,她和公司签订的劳动合同期限届满。公司认为怀孕虽然是事实,但毕竟劳动合同期限已满,是可以和她终止劳动合同关系的,于是便给她发出《终止劳动合同通知书》,要她办理终止劳动合同的相关手续。她坚决不同意,认为即使劳动合同期满,但在她孕期之内,公司是不能和她终止劳动合同的。于是向劳动保障部门投诉了我们。我们不知劳动保障部门将怎么处理这件事?她能告得赢我们吗?某运输公司劳资部
