测定饮用水中的余氯含量时,常采用邻联甲苯胺比色法。而邻联甲苯胺的盐酸盐很难买到,用邻联甲苯胺来代用又不易溶于水。我根据自己的配制经验,很好的解决了邻联甲苯胺不易溶解的问题。方法很简单:称取邻联甲苯胺[(C_6H_3CH_3NH_2)_2]1g置于研钵中,加入浓盐酸5ml,然后研磨使之成糊状,再用纯水将其洗至500ml烧杯中,加纯水至500ml,经搅拌即迅速溶解。再将此溶液加到预先配制好的盐酸(3+7)500ml中(150ml浓盐酸+350ml纯水),摇匀,即可置于棕色瓶中,室温保存备用。
