外经贸部: 你部《关于举办境内对外经济技术展览会审批程序有关问题的请示》(外经贸贸发[2002]525号)收悉。经国务院批准,现就有关事项函复如下: 一、为简化审批程序,提高工作效率,对国务院已批准的以国务院部门或省级人民政府名义主办的对外经济技术展览会, Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation: Your Ministry’s “Request for Relevant Questions Concerning the Examination and Approval Procedures for the Holding of Foreign Economic and Technological Exhibitions at Home and Abroad” (Foreign Trade Economics and Trade [2002] No. 525) was received. With the approval of the State Council, the following letter is hereby written down as follows: 1. In order to simplify the examination and approval procedures and improve work efficiency, the State Council has approved foreign economic and technological exhibitions in the name of the State Council department or the provincial people’s government.
