教师的职业倦怠又称工作倦怠。心理学家认为职业倦怠是因为教师不能有效应对工作上持续不断的压力而产生的包括情绪衰竭、去个性化和个人成就感低落在内的综合症状。教师的职业倦怠产生的原因是多方面的,其中最主要的原因是来自学校、社会等多方面的压力和过度忙碌。压力和过度的忙碌使教师成了工作的机器,无法享受教育所带来的自我价值的体现,因此不同程度的职业倦怠随之产生。中国人力资源网曾调查公布,有50.34%的教师存在不同程度的职业倦怠。解决职业倦怠的课题也因此摆在了校长面前。心理咨询师认为,教师的自我心
Job burnout of teachers, also known as job burnout. Psychologists believe that job burnout is due to teachers not being able to effectively cope with continuous stress at work, including symptoms of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and low personal accomplishment. The causes of the teacher’s burnout are many. The most important reason is the pressure and over-busy from many aspects such as schools and the society.
