本文采用间接免疫荧光试验和Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎｂｌｏｔ方法，对大肠杆菌和重组痘苗病毒表达的重组狂犬病毒糖蛋白进行抗原性检测，结果表明，均可与其单克隆抗体发生特异性反应；并且狂犬病毒糖蛋白基因重组痘苗病毒免疫小鼠，可诱导小鼠产生抗狂犬病毒特异性抗体，具有良好的免疫原性。
In this study, indirect immunofluorescence assay and Western blotting were used to detect the antigenicity of recombinant rabies virus glycoprotein expressed in Escherichia coli and recombinant vaccinia virus. The results showed that all of them reacted specifically with their monoclonal antibodies; and the rabies virus glycoprotein gene recombination Vaccinia virus-immunized mice, mice can be induced anti-rabies virus-specific antibodies, has good immunogenicity.
